I AM THANKFUL FOR YOU, ALL MY DEAR FRIENDS

HAPPY THANKSGIVING DAY!

I am thankful for all of the wonderful friendships and people I have met online, either as clients, sellers, or dear friends you are all so special and truly have blessd me this year. Thank you for sharing your creative minds, and for all your inspiration! I hope you have had a wonderful Thanksgiving Day.
Our day has just came to an end and boy are we stuffed. I had to share this YUMMY recipe for Pumpkin Pie! Normally I do not have a sweet tooth, But OMiGosh!~ This year I couldn't pass up this delicious dessert. I have included photos and the recipe for your delight.

Perfect Pumpkin Pie

INGREDIENTS
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

DIRECTIONS
1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Whisk pumpkin, EAGLE BRAND®, eggs, spices and salt in medium bowl until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake 15 minutes.
2.Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F and continue baking 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from crust comes out clean. Cool. Garnish as desired. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
